Lexipont LLC is an online English school offering one-on-one lessons for children and teens aged 6 to 18. All our services are accessed through parent-managed accounts, and all students must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

What Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• First name and age of the child

• Class attendance and lesson records

• Video and audio recordings of classes (for educational review and quality assurance)

• Screenshots or photos taken during lessons (if permitted)

• Technical information about how the class is accessed (device, browser, etc.)

• Feedback from the Teacher on class performance

We do not collect more information than necessary to provide our educational services.

How We Use Children’s Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide a safe and personalized learning experience

• Assess the student’s language level and progress

• Communicate with parents or guardians

• Improve the quality of our services

• Meet our legal obligations

Information is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Who Can See This Information

Only authorized individuals at Lexipont, including the assigned Teacher and certain support staff, may access a student’s personal data. In specific cases, data may be shared with trusted service providers (like our classroom or calendar platforms) but only to the extent required for service delivery.

If legally required—for example, in the case of safety concerns—we may share information with relevant authorities. Parents or guardians will be notified whenever possible, unless it would put the child at greater risk.

Recordings and Data Storage

Lexipont may record lessons for internal quality control, training, or to allow lesson review. These recordings are securely stored and automatically deleted after six (6) months, unless needed longer for legal or training purposes.

Your Rights as a Parent or Guardian

You have the right to:

• Request corrections or updates

• Ask us to delete your child’s personal data

• Withdraw consent to future data collection
