CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lexipont, we deeply value your time, your child’s time, and the time of our teaching staff. We are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences, and our cancellation policy helps us maintain fairness and structure for everyone involved.

While we understand that unforeseen situations can arise, this policy ensures we can effectively manage our resources and provide the best possible service to all families. By scheduling classes, you agree to this cancellation policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Student's Late Cancellation:

If the student notifies the teacher/school about cancellation less than 2 hours before the start time, it will be considered a late cancellation, and the class will be charged (the class will be deducted from the student's package).

Student's Late Arrival:

If the student arrives late but within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled class, the session will continue. However, the missed time cannot be extended due to scheduling constraints.

Student's No Show:

If the student does not enter the scheduled class within the first 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a no-show. The teacher will wait up to 15 minutes before closing the session, and the class will be deducted from the student’s balance.

Student's Technical Issues:

If a class is interrupted, delayed, for more than 5 minutes, or cannot be completed due to technical issues on the Student’s side - such as an unstable internet connection, device malfunction, or platform access failure - the class will be considered completed and deducted from the student’s package. Lexipont is not responsible for missed class time caused by such technical difficulties. We strongly recommend testing your equipment at least 15 minutes prior to each class.

Student's Sudden Leave:

If a Student abruptly leaves the class or is removed due to disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior, the session will be considered completed and deducted from the student’s package. Lexipont and its Teachers reserve the sole right to evaluate and determine what constitutes inappropriate or unacceptable behavior during class. Lexipont or Teachers also reserves the right to end a class early to maintain a safe and productive learning environment for all the participants in the class.

Teacher's Cancellation:

If a teacher/school notifies the student about cancelation at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, the class will be marked as a timely cancelation. Rescheduling the class will be attempted. No compensation will be issued to the student. The cancelation will be considered timely.

Teacher's Late Cancellation:

If a teacher or the school cancels a class less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, the class will not be deducted from the student's package. As compensation, one (1) additional class credit will be added to the student’s account. If rescheduling is not possible due to calendar conflicts, the class credit will serve as full compensation.

Teacher's Late Arrival:

If the teacher arrives late, but within 10 minutes, the class will proceed, and the lost time will be added through extra minutes in the following class or at the end of the next class.

Teacher's No Show:

If the teacher fails to log into the classroom for the scheduled class within the first 10 minutes, the class will not be deducted from the student's package. To compensate for the time lost, one free additional class will be added to the student's package.

Teacher's Technical Issues:

If a class is interrupted or cannot be started or completed due to technical problems lasting more than 5 minutes on the Teacher’s side - such as poor internet connection, device malfunction, or platform failure - the class will not be deducted from the student’s package. To compensate for the inconvenience, one (1) free additional class will be added to the student’s package.

Teacher's Sudden Leave:

If a Teacher must unexpectedly end the class early due to an emergency or unforeseen situation, the class will be considered incomplete and will not be deducted from your package. As compensation, one (1) additional class credit will be added to your account.

Cancellation of a Course:

If you choose to discontinue classes, we will first explore alternative solutions such as pausing your plan, changing the teacher (if available), or adjusting the lesson materials. If cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued for any unused classes.

School's Right to Cancel:

In the case of insufficient enrollment, the school reserves the right to cancel a course before the first day. Affected students are promptly notified and provided assistance in enrolling in an equally suitable course. Cancellations due to inclement weather or emergencies will be publicly announced on the school's official website or via phone. Instructors may arrange additional class meetings or study assignments to compensate for missed time.
